DAY 01 — ARRIVAL IN DELHI & CITY SIGHTSEEING
Arrival in Delhi – meet our chauffeur at the Airport / Railway Station and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. After check-in and a short rest, set out to explore the capital: Old Delhi’s Jama Masjid and a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, a drive past the Red Fort, then New Delhi’s India Gate, Qutub Minar, and Humayun’s Tomb. Overnight stay in Delhi.
DAY 02 — DELHI TO JAIPUR (280 KM / APPROX. 5–6 HRS)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Jaipur, the Pink City and capital of Rajasthan. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the City Palace, the Jantar Mantar observatory, and the façade of Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Evening free to explore Jaipur’s colourful bazaars for textiles, jewellery, and handicrafts. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
DAY 03 — JAIPUR TO AGRA VIA ABHANERI & FATEHPUR SIKRI (240 KM / APPROX. 5 HRS)
Early morning visit to the hilltop Amber Fort, with a photo stop at Jal Mahal (Water Palace). Then check out and drive to Agra. En route, stop at the Abhaneri Stepwell (Chand Baori), one of India’s deepest stepwells, and Fatehpur Sikri, Emperor Akbar’s 16th-century Mughal capital with the Buland Darwaza and Jama Masjid. On arrival in Agra, check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Agra.
DAY 04 — AGRA TO ORCHHA (250 KM / APPROX. 5 HRS)
Visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, when the marble glows in the early light and the crowds are thin. Return to the hotel for breakfast, then tour Agra Fort. Check out and drive to Orchha via Gwalior (optional stop at Gwalior Fort). On arrival in Orchha, check in to your hotel and watch the sunset over the royal cenotaphs (Chhatris) on the banks of the Betwa River. Overnight stay in Orchha.
DAY 05 — ORCHHA TO KHAJURAHO (175 KM / APPROX. 4 HRS)
After breakfast, explore Orchha’s medieval Bundela heritage: the Orchha Fort complex with Jahangir Mahal and Raja Mahal, the Ram Raja Temple, and the towering Chaturbhuj Temple. Then drive to Khajuraho and check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the UNESCO-listed Western Group of Temples, including Kandariya Mahadev and Lakshmana, famous for their intricate sculptures. Evening option: the Sound & Light Show at the temple complex. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.
DAY 06 — KHAJURAHO TO VARANASI (400 KM / APPROX. 8–9 HRS) — TOUR ENDS
Early breakfast, check out, and drive to Varanasi, one of the world’s oldest living cities, on the banks of the holy Ganges. On arrival in the evening, witness the Ganga Aarti ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat. Afterwards, drop-off at your Varanasi hotel, railway station, or airport, where the tour ends. Tip: add an extra night in Varanasi for a sunrise boat ride along the ghats and a visit to Sarnath.
